Flirty and fabulous, meet Holly. A beautiful mellow yellow fabric complimented with blooming pink flowers, Holly has ribbon tie sleeves, a supportive and stretchy bodice, and a second hem for flare at the bottom of the skirt. She is one of our favorites for Spring, Summer, or Fall.
Keep in mind - ribbon dresses can be worn with shoulder bow sleeve ties OR tied behind the neck halter-style. (See Photos)
Handmade organically from 100% cotton, no bleaches, chlorination, azo dyes, or preservatives used. Cotton and vegetable dyes only!

Returns are accepted for 14 days. Returns must have their original tags. Buyer pays a flat rate of $15 for return shipping. Refunds will be given in the form of Clarity store credit. Refunds will not be made to the original form of payment. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if the customer is sending back items without their original tags or if the items have been used.
