Frances — named for Frances Hodgson Burnett, who wrote The Secret Garden.

She has the same fitted bodice and full skirt as our Andrea dress, but Frances comes to the knee — a little lighter, a little freer, made for warm afternoons when you want the ease of cotton without the sweep of a full-length hem. Thin spaghetti straps sit delicately on the shoulder and let the fabric do its quiet work. The print is soft white cotton alive with repeating spring green sprout and blue flower bouquets.
Don't miss the two deep pockets hidden in the skirt, the low back with zipper closure, and the soft cotton voile lining inside the skirt.
Fabric: Every Frances is hand-block printed in Jaipur using a craft 500 years older than fast fashion — wooden blocks carved by hand, dipped in natural dye, and pressed into the fabric one stamp at a time. Designed on our homestead in rural Ohio, made in Jaipur by families who have practiced this tradition for generations. Because each dress is made entirely by hand, no two are identical — slight variations in color and pattern are not flaws, they are fingerprints. The mark of something real. No chlorinated bleaches, azo dyes, chemical washes, sprays, or preservatives are used to make or applied to our Clarity dresses. We are toxin free by design.
Care: Wash inside out with other 100% cotton fabrics on a delicate cold cycle. Hang dry. Never bleach.

Returns are accepted for 14 days. Returns must have their original tags. Buyer pays a flat rate of $15 for return shipping. Refunds will be given in the form of Clarity store credit. Refunds will not be made to the original form of payment. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if the customer is sending back items without their original tags or if the items have been used.
