Laura — named for Laura Ingalls Wilder, the pioneer who built a beautiful life with her own hands, then sat down and wrote it all into stories so the rest of us wouldn't forget.
Earthy beige — the warm, creamy tone of caramel — hand-block printed with soft pink flowers and green vines trailing across the fabric. The Laura is the kind of dress that feels like it has always been yours. The smocked bodice stretches and holds with gentle support, while the full length balloon sleeves billow and taper into a delicate flare at the wrist. The A-line skirt falls long and full to the ankle. Two hidden pockets. A soft cotton voile lining for comfort and modesty. She shares her silhouette with her sisters Anna Marie and Elizabeth — quiet, classic, and made to last.

Fabric: Every Laura is hand-block printed in Jaipur using a craft 500 years older than fast fashion — wooden blocks carved by hand, dipped in vegetable dye, and pressed into the fabric one stamp at a time. Designed on our homestead in rural Ohio, made in Jaipur by families who have practiced this tradition for generations. Because each dress is made entirely by hand, no two are identical — slight variations in color and pattern are not flaws, they are fingerprints. The mark of something real. The cotton is 100% organic, colored with vegetable dyes only. No chlorinated bleaches, azo dyes, chemical washes, sprays, or preservatives are used to make or applied to our Clarity dresses. We are chemical free by design.
Care: Wash inside out with other 100% cotton fabrics on a delicate cold cycle. Hang dry. Never bleach.

Returns are accepted for 14 days. Returns must have their original tags. Buyer pays a flat rate of $15 for return shipping. Refunds will be given in the form of Clarity store credit. Refunds will not be made to the original form of payment. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if the customer is sending back items without their original tags or if the items have been used.
