Named in honor of Betsy Ross, the Philadelphia seamstress traditionally credited with sewing the first American flag. Like the flag she is remembered for, this dress is made by hand.
Red, white, and blue stripes in our signature hand-block printed fabric — a dress for the woman who loves her country, made to be worn long after any single holiday has passed. Adjustable ribbon straps tie halter style or over the shoulder, the skirt falls long to the ankle, and a cotton voile lining keeps it comfortable and modest. Two deep pockets. Limited edition, with only a few left in each size.

Fabric: Every Limited Edition dress is hand-block printed in Jaipur using a craft 500 years older than fast fashion — wooden blocks carved by hand, dipped in natural dye, and pressed into the fabric one stamp at a time. Designed on our homestead in rural Ohio, made in Jaipur by families who have practiced this tradition for generations. Because each dress is made entirely by hand, no two are identical — slight variations in color and pattern are not flaws, they are fingerprints. The mark of something real. No chlorinated bleaches, azo dyes, chemical washes, sprays, or preservatives are used to make or applied to our Clarity dresses. We are toxin free by design.
Care: Wash inside out with other 100% cotton fabrics on a delicate cold cycle. Hang dry. Never bleach.

Returns are accepted for 14 days. Returns must have their original tags. Buyer pays a flat rate of $15 for return shipping. Refunds will be given in the form of Clarity store credit. Refunds will not be made to the original form of payment. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if the customer is sending back items without their original tags or if the items have been used.

Size Guide
All measurements are in inches. Relaxed fit. Runs true to size. The chart covers women's sizes XXS through 3XL. It does not include girls' sizes.
XS–XL are stocked in limited runs, in store and online. 2XL is stocked on some styles. XXS, 3XL, and any size that has sold out, are made to order on current-season designs only and ship in 6–8 weeks.
